Where can I see a system actually working?
At the Experience Centre, Ground Floor, Laxmi Industrial Estate, Gala No. 21F & 21P, New Link Rd, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053. It is open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 19:30. Lighting, shades, climate, cameras and the app all run live in a finished space, so you are pressing real buttons rather than watching a video.
How much does home automation cost in Mumbai?
It depends on the scope. One tuned room and a whole-home system are very different projects, and we price by what the home should do rather than by device count. You get a number at the walkthrough.
My flat is already finished. Is it too late?
It is harder, and we will say so. Automation is cleanest while the walls are open. In a finished flat we work with what the space allows and tell you the limits before you spend anything.
Does it still work when the internet goes down?
Yes. The core that runs your home sits inside the house, not in the cloud, so lights, scenes, keypads and everyday control keep working whether the broadband is up or down.
Who looks after it in year three?
We do. You get a reply the moment you write, at any hour. An engineer within one hour in working hours, or remotely within four outside them, and on site within 24 hours in Mumbai and Pune. Every year the system gets a full health check with security updates.
