The engineering

Every wire is numbered and drawn on a schematic, so a good local electrician can work on it.
The core itself is compact: one slim, wall-mounted enclosure that fits an apartment cupboard as readily as a villa’s utility room, so no dedicated plant room is required.
Networking & firewall
A firewall, a managed switch, and the smart devices kept on their own network. Secure access from outside. Every patch wire numbered, and a battery backup so it stays up.
Power distribution
A modern panel room: numbered wiring, metering, clean separation, and the full schematics on file, so a local electrician can service it.
