1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of meshronix.com and the enquiry, booking, and information services on it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is run by Meshronix LLP(“Meshronix”, “we”, “us”), at E-59 Market Yard, Behind Krishi Panan Mandal, Gultekdi, Pune 411037, Maharashtra, India.

Important: these terms cover the website. Any actual project, product, or service you buy from us is governed by the separate written agreement, proposal, or scope we sign with you. Where the two differ, that signed agreement wins for your project.

2. Using the website

You may use the site to learn about us, to enquire, and to book a walkthrough. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to it, and nothing unlawful. We may change, pause, or withdraw parts of the site, and we try to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

3. Our products and services

Meshronix designs, delivers, and services engineered home automation for premium homes. A few things to be clear about:

• An enquiry is not a contract. Contacting us, or receiving a reply, does not create a binding agreement. A project begins only when we have surveyed the scope and both sides sign a proposal.
• Prices and specifications are indicative until we confirm them in a written scope. Automation is built to each home, so the final design and price depend on the survey and your choices.
• Comparisons are indicative. Where we compare approaches (for example wired against wireless, or to recognised standards), we do so fairly and for illustration, not as a promise of a specific outcome.
• Warranty. Our products and services carry the warranty set out in your signed project agreement. The website itself does not create, extend, or change any warranty.

4. What our system does, and what it does not

The Meshronix system acts on rules you set, and you can always override it. Its comfort and care features are designed for peace of mind and convenience. They are not a life-safety, security-grade, or emergency service, and you should not rely on them as one. Please keep the appropriate certified safety and emergency systems in your home.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the Meshronix name, the waveform mark, text, images, and design, are owned by Meshronix LLP and are protected by law. You may view and share them for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reuse, or adapt them for other purposes without our written permission.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. We do not warrant that everything is complete, correct, or up to date at all times, and we may update content without notice.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp or a booking tool. We are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about the site beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under India’s consumer protection law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for any claim connected to the website or a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date. Please check it from time to time.
